Stephanie earned her Master’s in Counseling degree from Grace College. Since that time, Stephanie has worked with children, teens, adults, couples and families using CBT, Client Centered and Solution Focused interventions adapted to the unique needs and goals of clients. Prior to graduate school, Stephanie worked/volunteered with children, juveniles in the court system, foster children and families, community mental health organizations and lead a children’s ministry in a church. Stephanie has training in CBT, Trauma, DBT and EMDR. Stephanie works with clients with a wide variety of needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, ADHD, stress, anger management, co-dependency, grief and loss, life transitions, parenting, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, self-harm, behavioral challenges, faith concerns, and women’s issues.
