Haley Sloffer MA, LMFT, LCAC earned her her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy/Professional Counseling in 2007 from Johnson University in Knoxville, TN. Haley worked in community mental health for 9 years before transitioning over to Choices and Changes in 2018. Haley has completed training for EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy in her practice approach. Haley specializes in marriage and family therapy and addictions counseling. She enjoys working with teenagers and adults. She has a passion for working with individuals involved with the criminal justice system.
Teens and adults desiring growth and assistance with depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, and family conflict.
Does not participate in court hearings or court-ordered services related to child custody disputes.
Provides EMDR (Eye-movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy.
Gottman Level 1 trained for work with couples.
Provides marital and relationship counseling.
Works often with people in recovery or seeking to be in recovery and/or involved in the criminal justice system.
